By submitting an enquiry or contacting Kapitevo, you consent to Kapitevo contacting you through phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, email, CRM alerts, or other lawful communication channels for service-related follow-up, document guidance, status updates, and enquiry processing.
Kapitevo may collect and process details such as your name, mobile number, email address, product requirement, requested amount, employment type, monthly income, pincode, city, district, state, notes, documents voluntarily shared later, consent status, referral source, UTM details, click identifiers, landing page, referrer, IP or device-related technical metadata where available through normal website operation, and internal service notes.

07
Lender, KYC, Bureau, and Regulatory Disclosures
A loan application, credit bureau check, KYC verification, bank statement analysis, document upload, property verification, employment verification, business verification, or lender portal submission may require separate authorization, consent, OTP, document signing, or lender-specific terms. You should provide such consent only after reviewing the relevant lender or partner request.
Any credit score, eligibility indication, pre-qualified message, estimated EMI, or preliminary discussion is not a final approval. Lenders may reject or modify offers based on credit policy, bureau data, repayment capacity, KYC, income documents, banking conduct, property documents, internal risk rules, fraud checks, regulatory requirements, or other criteria.
Regulated lenders may be required to provide borrower disclosures such as Key Fact Statement, APR or all-inclusive cost, grievance officer details, cooling-off or look-up period, repayment schedule, digitally signed loan documents, and recovery mechanism details. You should rely on the final lender-issued documents before accepting a product.
Kapitevo does not authorize unlawful recovery practices and does not ask users to make loan repayment to any personal account. Loan disbursal, repayment, foreclosure, recovery, or settlement should happen only through the lender-approved process and account details.
08
Charges, Payments, and Partner Compensation
Browsing the website and submitting a loan enquiry on the Kapitevo website is free. Lender charges, including processing fees, valuation charges, legal charges, documentation charges, stamp duty, insurance premium, government fees, convenience fees, foreclosure charges, or any other cost, are separate and must be reviewed in lender documents before acceptance.
Kapitevo may receive commission, referral income, payout, service fee, or other compensation from lenders, channel partners, or service partners for eligible sourced or processed cases. Such compensation does not guarantee approval and should not be treated as a customer-side lender fee unless expressly disclosed to you in writing.
If Kapitevo ever charges a customer directly for any paid service, such charge should be disclosed through an official written communication and collected only through an approved business payment mode or official receipt. Do not pay cash or transfer money to any employee, advisor, personal bank account, personal UPI ID, or unknown link without official confirmation.
